Blue Afternoon II is a sequel to the successful Blue Afternoon painting. Joseph wanted to revisit this concept by painting the flowers dancing. Recently, many of Joseph's paintings have been musically themed. His goal was to fuse his music inspired energy to the flowers that he is known to paint.
